I’m not against animal foods I just put on weight whenever I consume them
more than 2-3 days in a row. I cannot eat dairy because I have a
sensitivity, but suffer rapid weight gain from foods like fish, eggs &c. By
the way I’m 30 lbs. overweight, I’m not anorexic, and all my foods are
whole foods. The fact is: Saturated Fats are Fattening, that’s why the
wealthy people in former centuries (the ones who ate the most meat and got
gouty) were fat and the poor were thin. The poor consumed few saturated
    fats.

You nailed it, I’ve been telling people this for years. I’m sure you will
get lots of comments from the religious vegans.

“Doctor,” I must inform you that not having a period and being infertile
are two totally different things. Ovulation is not dependent on
Menstruation. There are many women who have been raw vegans and didn’t get
“regular” periods and had no problem having children. Also women who aren’t
vegans at all but have irregular periods (they may go 3-6 mos without
bleeding) have been more fertile then women with cycles every 28 days like
clockwork. You may mean well, but you have no idea what you are talking
    about.

The raw food diet has helped many people. I don’t think its a scam and I
think its something people should at least give a try if they are suffering
    from health issues.
